Learner Driver Course

A very flexible, structured course of theoretical and practical tuition tailored to the individual, including advice on the Theory Test and leading to the practical Driving Test.

The DSA's Driver Record is used throughout your course of tuition so that you know what has been covered and what there is still to learn and you can ask about any concerns on any aspect of the course and receive honest feedback from your friendly approachable instructor.

Length of course depends on several factors:

• Attitude
• Rate of learning
• Previous experience
• Frequency of lessons and practice
• Opportunities for practice between lessons

The DSA recommends that learners of all ages take at least 40 hours of tuition with a qualified Driving Instructor as well as plenty of practice with family or friends. Statistically it is shown that this improves your chances of passing the test first time. Here at Lois School of Motoring we believe that taking the right approach to learning and having the right number of lessons for you as an individual will lead to making you a safer driver, especially if you follow up the test with a Pass Plus course and then later consider taking an advanced driving test.

In line with both the DSA's advice and our beliefs and dedication to supply you with the most flexible training possible we have come up with a great package that benefits the serious learner driver who wants to enjoy safe driving for life.

At Lois School of Motoring we offer a 40 hour lesson block at the lowest price possible (and even add a further discount if you are able to take all 40 lessons during 9-5 on week days!). Everyone learns at a different rate so if you don't need all 40 hours you will receive a full refund after sitting your test (Refunds are also available where a test is not taken with Lois School of Motoring but the lessons taken will be charged for at the full lesson rate or the smaller block rates depending on how many lessons were taken).

In addition to this if you need more than the 40 hours you can continue your lessons paying this discounted rate, one lesson at a time, until you are ready for test!
